Submit Your Information to Ladies-Compacts.com

We need people to add their gems of knowledge to the database to help us create a complete picture of all the compacts that were ever made. 

If you see an 'unknown' link against a piece of information that you know click it and submit your nugget for everyone to use and reference.

If you have information that is more accurate than you see then put right and submit your information.

All information or pictures that are submitted to the database are displayed with a credit to the individual that entered that information.  Submitters may also add links to their own web sites if they have web sites that are related to Ladies Compacts.

We give the ability to people to add the follow types of Information to our database of Ladies Compacts, Makers and Designers.  Follow the links for more information.

Add a New Compact

We would like anyone with knowledge of a compact that is not listed in our database to add a record of the compact and any information that they have about it.  Even if the information is a little sketchy we would still like to have anything new to us.

You do not have to have a picture of the compact to add it to our database, hopefully someone else will add one later.

We would ask that anyone wanting to add  new compact to our database to take the following simple steps.

1. Search the Gallery of Compacts thoroughly to see if your compact already exists. 
   
   We recommend that you use searches by Maker, Shape, Material and distinguishing features in the text search before adding your compact.
    
2. If you cannot find the compact then click on one of the many 'Add New Compact' Links that are placed at the bottom of the screens in the Gallery of Compacts, or Click on the Link below.

Add a New Picture of a Compact

We would like anyone with a picture of a compact to add it to our Gallery of Compacts.  To add a picture to our Gallery take the following simple steps

1. Locate the compact that you would like to add the picture to*. Click Here to Search for a compact
    
2. Click on the link to 'Add a Picture'
    
3. Browse to the picture you want to add and complete the form and Click Submit.
    
4. Your compact will now appear in the Gallery of Pictures for that compact

* It is only possible to add pictures to the Gallery if the Compact already exists in our database.  If the compact does not exist you are able to add the compact first and then add the pictures to it afterwards.

Add New Textual Information about a Compact

We would like anyone with any information about a compact to add it to our Gallery of Compacts.  In the General Information section of a compact if standard information is not known about a compact 'unknown' is displayed with a link which allow someone to add that information.

To add a more specific or substantial piece of textual information to our Database take the following simple steps

1. Locate the compact that you have information about*. Click Here to Search for a compact
    
2. Click on the link to 'Add Your Information'
    
3. Complete the form and Click Submit.
    
4. Your information about the compact will now appear in the web page for that compact

* It is only possible to add information to the Database if the Compact already exists within our database.  If the compact does not exist you are able to add the compact first and then add the Textual Information as you add the compact.

Add a New Maker or Designer

We would like anyone with knowledge of a Maker or Designer that is not listed in our database to add a record of the compact and any information that they have about it.  Even if the information is a little sketchy we would still like to have anything new to us.

We would ask that anyone wanting to add  new Maker or Designer to our database to take the following simple steps.

1. Search the Database of Makers and Designers thoroughly to see if your compact already exists. 
   
   We recommend that you use searches by Letter and keywords in the text search before adding your compact.
    
2. If you cannot find the Maker or Designer then click on one of the many 'Add New Maker or Designer' Links that are placed at the bottom of the screens in the Gallery of Makers or Designers, or Click on the Link below.

Add a New Textual Information about a Maker or Designer

We would like anyone with any information about a compact maker or designer to add it to our Database of Maker and Designers.  In the General Information section of a Compact Maker or Designer, where standard information is not known about a compact 'unknown' is displayed with a link which if clicked will allow individuals to add that information.

To add a more specific or substantial piece of textual information to our Database take the following simple steps

1. Locate the Maker that you have information about*. Click Here to Search for a Maker or Designer
    
2. Click on the link to 'Add Your Information'
    
3. Complete the form and Click Submit.
    
4. Your information about the Maker or Designer will now appear in the web page for that Maker

* It is only possible to add information to the Database if the Maker or Designer already exists within our database.  If the Maker does not exist you are able to add the Maker first and then add the Textual Information as you add the Maker.
